U.S. orders using NoRush will ship from an international warehouse, which on average take longer to arrive compared to our US-based warehouses that use USPS.

The average NoRush delivery time for most products is ~7-15 Business Days. A discount code is needed to activate, or use, this discount for Roses that also offer USPS Shipping - listed below are the NoRush discount codes per Rose product:

Please allow ~2-4 Business Days for your order to process & ship; orders placed later in the week (Thu-Fri) likely will not be shipped until the next Monday.*

If you have a problem with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you can, as some orders may be processed as fast as 12 hours.

*does not apply for our Priority Processing Shipping options. Priority Processing is prioritized ahead of normal processing, and may ship out as soon as the day the order is placed. If not, they're usually processed in the next 1-2 business days rather than 2-4.

When you place an order & enter your email at checkout, you will receive order notifications when:

- Your package arrives at the destination.*

Priority Processing is an optional shipping option at checkout, although it does not affect the actual transit time of your package. Priority Processing will rush process your order in ~1-2 business days rather than ~2-4.
