Refund policy
Our Policy lasts 60 Days, and requires you to ship the item back to an address we provide. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original protected packaging. If you are returning your package for any other reason than damage, we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
If your order has been processed & is unable to be canceled by us, we have the right to refuse the refund until you receive & therefore send back the product(s). On arrival of the package to us, we'll continue the refund or exchange process if accepted.
All refunds for items on sale are only eligible for store credit. This does not apply for orders that have already been shipped out & are on their way. We thank you for your patience & understanding.
If your product has already shipped & there's a tracking number attached to your order, we do not issue cancellations/returns until you have received the product & contact us regarding further proceedings of a refund. Thank you for understanding.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can include order numbers, tracking numbers, & names/addresses attached to the order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, if accepted, we will send out a refund confirmation email and give you the refunded product cost. The funds will appear back to your original payment method's account within 1-3 business days.
If you're eligible for a refund & your order has not shipped yet, we can give you store credit, but not a full refund until the product is sent back/your case was resolved.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If necessary, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We are sorry for this inconvenience and invite you to email us at Support@TheLoveRose.com if further information is needed.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@TheLoveRose.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
