I never received an order confirmation email/SMS. Can you help me out?
Sure! If you entered your email at checkout, check your spam folder. If you don't see one, it's probably because you entered your email in incorrectly when you made your purchase. If you typed in your email incorrectly, or want to change your orders contact information, please include the name or address on the order when & email our contact team.
I never received my order. Help!
First, take a look at our Estimated Shipping Times. To check your orders tracking information, go to your confirmation email or SMS Message & click the link to track your order. If the link is not working, enter your tracking number on here.
What is your refund policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must report a damaged item within 48 hours of when your tracking says you received your order. You will be asked via an email to submit picture/video proof.
- Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your shipment was directly affected by a potential Covid-19 related Shipping delay, we will give you the option to a refund or exchange for a product that ships with a less affected carrier.
I have received only one part of my order in the mail so far. Can you tell me where the other items are?
Because we are shipping packages out from various warehouse locations throughout the US, some products may be packaged & sent separately. If this is the case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each product you ordered that are being shipped from different locations.
I no longer want the Rose I've received & would like a return/exchange. What are my next steps?
We have a 30-day return policy. You can email us, tell us what's wrong, & ask for our Return address. Please do not return your product to the return address on the package's label before emailing us. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund/exchange.

We use Shopify Payments* and Paypal, the leading international payment providers, to process all purchases. There is no point where we ourselves have access to customer's personal data ourselves or where that data might potentially be compromised. All data is processed & encrypted via Shopify Payments or Paypal.
*Apple Pay Payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
